Unless 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given, and its confirmed by us, you will be charged for the amount of buggies you have originally booked. Tours can be subject to change without notice.
Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event
All customers on our tours will be agreeing and will have signed to agree to the following terms:
All customers must pay in full prior to the tour. All customers will have been made aware of the potential dangers of an off-road buggy tour. Taking part is at your own risk. Cali Buggies cannot be held responsible for damage to any person nor their belongings, or for any financial loss incurred through any other extenuating circumstances beyond their control. All customers must abide by the guides instruction and also by local traffic regulations. All customers must ensure that both their behavior and actions in no way cause harm to other people, local environment, or the buggy’s themselves. All drivers must be responsible in their driving – the guide can refuse (without a refund) any driver he deems unfit (over the limit/alcohol/drugs) to take part – refusal will be at the guide discretion. The guide has the right to stop a driver at any point if being reckless or irresponsible. All customers driving must have a valid driving license. All customers have been advised to wear the supplied goggles. All customers are to the best of their knowledge in good health allowing them to take part on the tour.
